User Agreement

General Conditions

Access to the NuVision platform is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years or older. Individuals under 18 are not allowed to use our services.

Content Responsibility and Image Rights

Users are fully responsible for the images they upload and must have all necessary permissions and rights for their use. NuVision is not liable for any claims related to intellectual property infringement, and all such claims will be directed to the user who uploaded the content.

Limitation of Liability

NuVision provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the processed images. Users independently decide to use the tools and are responsible for all consequences.

Content Risks

The user acknowledges that some images may be offensive or inappropriate. NuVision is not liable for any damage caused by the use or receipt of such content.

Prohibited Content

Users are prohibited from using NuVision to process images containing defamation, discrimination, threats, blackmail, or other illegal content.

Processing Images of Individuals Under 18

If images of individuals under 18 are uploaded or suspected to be uploaded, NuVision reserves the right to report such activity to the appropriate authorities. The user must have legal grounds for uploading such images, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Violation of this provision may result in account termination.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for NuVision services is collected in advance and is non-refundable. We offer various payment methods and reserve the right to change rates and payment methods with prior notice. All transactions are final and non-refundable.

Personal Data Processing

We respect our users' privacy and are committed to protecting their personal information. Data is processed and stored to improve our services. NuVision does not retain images after processing and does not share personal information with third parties without user consent.

Service Changes and Termination

NuVision reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, including in cases of non-payment or violation of terms, with or without notice.

Terms Update

We may update this agreement and will notify users of significant changes in advance. It is recommended to regularly review the terms. Continued use of NuVision after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Indemnification

Users agree to defend and hold NuVision, its owners, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from the use of the service or violation of the terms.

Distribution Responsibility

Users are responsible for the distribution of processed images and release NuVision from any liability for damage caused by their distribution.

By using NuVision, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including the payment and refund policies.
